Coblynnau is an Arts Council of Wales funded project which will include an indoor and outdoor exhibition of Textile Art in the beautiful Bryngarw Country Park near Bridgend. As part of the project, you will be able to follow the creative development of a piece of Textile Art from finding sources of inspiration, making the object and installing the final piece in the park. The art dolls which form the first part of this project will all be female in form so will be known as ‘Coblynesau’. Other pieces of Textile Art will be created using felting and weaving techniques.
